The recruitment process - step by step

It is important for us to communicate clearly each step throughout the recruitment process. Feedback is given to everyone who has applied for a job at PayEx and all the applications are of great value to us.

The recruitment process may differ depending on the position you have applied to. We use screening tests in some roles, which takes place before the first interview. It is important for us to work against our unconscious bias. Therefore, your application is anonymous until you are called for an interview. This means that no one in the recruitment team can access personal information such as your; age, name, gender or pictures if you include this in your application

Step 1
The application

When you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation via email that we have received your application. Our recruitment is ongoing where we make an assessment to see if you match the requirements of the job advertisement. You move on to the next step in the recruitment process if you have the right profile and match the position. 

Step 2
Interview

 If your experiences meet the requirements – it may be relevant for an interview. The recruiting leaders will contact you by email or phone. At the first interview, you will meet recruiting leaders and in some cases HR-partners. We are during the first interview ready to receive your salary claim.

 

Step 3
Tests

If you proceed after the first interview, it may be relevant for you to preform one/several web-based organizational psychology tests. We use tests as a part of the selection process. It creates an opportunity for you to validate your skills to complement to your CV. We believe this is a good way to get an objective picture of you.

Step 4
Feedback

After you have performed the tests, you will receive feedback of your test results. In some cases, this is done in connection with a second interview and in other cases this is done in a separate meeting. You receives the feedback from a certified HR Partner.

Step 5
Interview 2

In some recruitments, we book a second interview. The interview differs depending on the position you are applying to. In some cases, it consists of a group interview where you get to meet others in the team. 

Step 6
Background checks

We perform relevant background checks in connection with the recruitment. We take two references where at least one is a previous leader.
